Concha de Perla (Pearl Shell) is a wonderful place to snorkel on Isabela, just outside the National Park. You can visit without a guide. With a little luck, you may swim with sea lions, Galapagos Penguins, Green Pacific Turtles, Marble Stingrays, tropical fish and even baby sharks. Try to visit at low tide, when the water is clearer.

The beautiful wooden trail from the pier to the lagoon is often shared with sea lions and marine iguanas resting along the way.

The water is cool all year, so you may want to rent a wetsuit.
